Charity

Charity is the purest form of compassion.

It's the ability to feel empathy for those who don't have the same privileges you do.

It's the desire to help others, regardless of your own situation. And it's not just about giving money—it's about giving time, and energy, and a willingness to go beyond what you think you can give.

Charity can be as simple as giving someone your coat when they're cold. It can be as complicated as building a school in a remote area where children are never able to attend one. Either way, charity is an act that makes us better people.

It's easy to feel isolated in our daily lives: we work long hours, we don't see our families often enough, we don't have time for hobbies or passions outside of work… but when we give back to others in need? That makes us feel connected again. We see that we're not alone in this world; there are other people out there who share our struggles and challenges—and they need help too!

The act of charity doesn't just benefit those who receive it; it benefits us too! When we give back to others, we build stronger communities, healthier societies and better futures for everyone involved!

I think You have gotten into something here People do want to Talk about, so Charity and You said Empathy, the way You Framed it here is less like Karma or getting a Good Place in Heaven, and more like a Buda or “Evil Eye Talisman” like, after having like a $100 Meal or something, seeing someone be like “I Love Ramen Noodles!” And being like, “You are so Happy, I Love it” even, it doesn’t even have to be like Lying and saying “I Wish I had some”. And that’s kind of a maybe Islamic or Eastern Value, like not Flaunting and drawing the Evil Eye.

So, but it is more, like You said, “Empathy for those who don’t have the Money to Live like You do” kind of, which is like a Reason to give a Bum or anyone $20 even if they say they are going to Buy Beer, or even BECAUSE they were Honest and said they wanted Beer or whatever, or giving them Food, or anything.

Then there is what the Podcaster I think Huckey is Her Last Name, on “Relatable”, She Wrote a Book Called like “Toxic Empathy” like Empathizing with a Muslim Refugee Group until now Your Country is changing its Laws to be like Afghanistan or something. That can be Real, but has Clear Consequences if it is overextended into the kind of Real needed Charity stuff. Like a Loss of Empathy for someone that say like, Republicans say “Don’t make the Government take Taxes to do this Shit, give to a Church or Humanitarian Group” that’s kinda Supposed to be their Position. But Overextending “Toxic Empathy” could Turn any Charity into something to Attack as “Too Liberal”, when its Supposed to be the Republican Thing.

I believe that if charity is mixed with politics, it becomes an instrument, not always used for good.

I think this gets into the Separation of Church and State, but so, Politics and Charity are Better Separate we could say, like Government and Religion, but sometimes they End up together. Like Christians in the Republican Party, or a kind of George Soros Democratic Charity Function Thing, this sometimes leads to “Problems” like You are Pointing to, but also, there is Vatican City and “The Holy Sea” where the Church is the Government, Religion is the Oldest Government, Bronze Age City States Operated like Hindu Religious Political Divisions in India. So if Government wants to “Entangle” itself in Religion, based on History we can see Religion will Win. Religion will Eat the State and the State becomes a Function of the Religion. Language is a Function of Religion.

I saw a Court Case once, maybe one of the Only Things I can Agree with out of the Colorado Courts, it said something like “We can not say that Religious Organizations must have Function the State would Otherwise Provide, as by Definition the State is Excluded from Carrying out Functions that Religions are supposed to be”.
