Your keys are generated right here in your browser — the server only ever receives your chosen name and your public keys. Nobody can reset your password for you (optional account recovery runs through MELEK-Signer). Before the account can be created you must download or copy your keys and re-type your master password to prove you have it. Reloading this page generates a brand-new set and resets those steps.
