MELEK is a chain that teaches. One of the things it teaches is the law — sourced to the public record, built for the people who work in it every day, and open to any citizen who wants the genuine article. This post is the front door, and it has grown: the library below is now a full, free, source-linked reference.
This is for lawyers first — a fast reference over caselaw, statutes, regulations, judges, and the doctrine that decides cases — and for regular citizens if they so choose. It is not a "represent yourself" gimmick. Where self-represented filing is the right path, We link out to the established pro-se portals and self-help centers; We do not pretend to be one.
It is also the answer to a counterfeit. The "sovereign citizen" doctrines — that a name in capital letters is a separate "strawman," that a birth certificate is a redeemable bond, that the Commerce Clause secretly does not reach you, that you are "traveling," not "driving" — are not clever hacks the courts overlooked. They are misreadings, rejected for decades, and they carry a real cost.
What actually happens when the counterfeit meets a traffic stop. After the "I do not consent, I am traveling" script runs out, the window comes out and the arrest is made anyway — because the theory was never law:
